Refund policy

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because our products are handmade in small batches and can't be safely resold once opened, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any product that has been opened or used. Return shipping on an eligible unopened item is the customer's responsibility. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you, we cover shipping both ways in that case.
